Memory Log（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリのデータの取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、ユーザーが作成した思い出（写真・メモ・日付・場所・タグ）を、お使いのiPhone内（アプリ内領域）に保存します。共有機能を利用しない場合、これらの情報が運営者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
本機能は任意です。利用する場合に限り、以下の取り扱いになります。
追加した写真は、本アプリ内に専用のコピーとして保存されます。元の「写真」アプリ側の写真は、ユーザーが明示的に削除を選択しない限り削除されません。
記録に紐づく場所の緯度・経度は、お使いの端末内に保存されます。グループに出した記録に限り、メンバーに届けるためクラウドへ送信されます（グループに出していない記録の位置情報が端末外に出ることはありません）。
ただし、場所名の自動取得や場所の検索を行う際には、Appleが提供する地図・検索サービス（MapKit等）へ問い合わせが行われます。この通信はApple社との間で行われ、Appleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。運営者がその内容を取得・保存することはありません。
共有された記録を通報する機能と、相手をブロックする機能があります。ブロックすると、その人の思い出と「行きたい場所」は、タイムライン・地図・ライブラリ・ふりかえりのすべてから見えなくなり、写真も取得されず、その人からの通知も表示されなくなります。ブロックはこの端末に保存され、自動では解除されません（設定＞「ブロックした人」でいつでも解除できます）。相手をグループそのものから外したい場合は、グループの作成者が「外す」を行い、新しい招待リンクを発行してください（新しいリンクを作ると前のリンクは使えなくなります）。通報を受け取った場合、運営者は3営業日以内に内容を確認し、規約に違反すると判断したコンテンツを削除します。通報したことが相手に通知されることはありません。
本アプリは広告・解析・トラッキングSDKを使用していません。ユーザーの情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
ただし、サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、上記「委託先」に記載した事業者（Google LLC／Discord Inc.）に取り扱いを委託しています。
アプリ内課金はApple（App Store）を通じて処理されます。お支払い情報を本アプリが取得・保存することはありません。
買い切りでご購入いただいた権利はApple側のアカウントに記録されるため、「クラウドの自分のデータを削除」を行った後でも失われません。再度ご利用になる場合は、設定の「購入を復元」から有効にできます。
保存されたデータはアプリの削除によって端末から消去されます。バックアップ機能で書き出したファイルの管理はユーザーの責任で行ってください。
なお、共有・バックアップ機能で書き出されるファイル（.melog／.melogbackup／写真の書き出し）には、写真・位置情報・メモ・日付・タグ等の個人的な情報が含まれます。第三者と共有する場合は内容と共有先に十分ご注意ください。
設定画面から、ご意見・ご感想を送っていただけます。任意の機能です。送信されるのは、あなたが入力した本文と、アプリのバージョン（不具合の切り分けに使います）だけです。氏名・メールアドレス・表示名・思い出の内容は送信されません。また、会員識別子も送信しないため、運営者はどなたが送信したかを知ることができません（このため個別のご返信はできません）。受け取りには Discord Inc. の提供するサービスを利用しており、上記の内容が同社のサーバーへ送信されます。
メールでお問い合わせをいただいた場合、運営者はメールアドレスおよびお問い合わせ内容を受け取ります。これらはお問い合わせへの返信・対応の目的にのみ利用し、対応に不要となった後は適切に削除します。第三者へ提供することはありません。
内容を変更する場合は、本ページを更新します。

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Memory Log（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本規約は、本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。
本アプリのデータは原則として端末内に保存されます。グループに出した記録・写真は、メンバーに届けるためクラウドに一時保存されます（詳細はプライバシーポリシー第2項）。端末の故障・紛失・初期化、アプリの削除、OSのアップデート等によりデータが失われる場合があります。重要なデータはバックアップ機能で保存することを推奨します。データの消失について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
本アプリには、アプリ内へコピー保存した後に、iPhoneの「写真」アプリ側の元写真を削除する機能があります。この操作は取り消せません。削除はユーザーの明示的な操作と確認に基づいて実行され、これにより生じた結果について運営者は責任を負いません。
本アプリの有料機能（Pro）は買い切りで提供されます。購入・返金はAppleの規約に従います。
法令または公序良俗に反する目的での利用、本アプリの不正な改変・解析を禁止します。
共有機能（グループ）で他の利用者に送信するコンテンツについては、次の行為を禁止します。
利用者は、共有された記録を本アプリ内の通報機能から運営者へ通報できます。また、相手をブロックして、その人の投稿を自分の端末に表示しないようにできます。グループの作成者は、当該利用者をグループから外すことができます。
運営者は、通報を受け付けた日から3営業日以内に内容を確認し、本規約に違反すると判断したコンテンツを削除し、必要に応じて当該利用者の共有機能の利用を停止します。
通報が行われた事実およびその内容が、通報された利用者に通知されることはありません。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、特定目的への適合性等を保証しません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
本規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。

Memory Log (the "App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles your data.
The App stores the memories you create — photos, notes, dates, places, and tags — inside the App's own storage on your device. If you do not use the sharing feature, this information is never sent to the operator's servers.
This feature is optional. If you use it, the following applies.
Photos you add are saved as dedicated copies inside the App. The originals in the "Photos" app are not deleted unless you explicitly choose to delete them.
The latitude and longitude tied to a record are stored on your device. Only for memories you put into a group are they sent to the cloud in order to deliver them to the other members (location data for memories you do not put into a group never leaves your device).
However, when automatically looking up a place name or searching for a place, a request is made to Apple's map and search services (such as MapKit). This communication is between you and Apple, and Apple's privacy policy applies. The operator does not obtain or store its contents.
You can report a shared memory to the operator, and you can block another member. Blocking hides that person's memories and "want to go" pins everywhere in the App — timeline, map, library, and recaps — stops their photos from being downloaded, and suppresses their notifications. A block is stored on your device and is never lifted automatically; you can lift it in Settings › "Blocked people." To take someone out of the group itself, the person who created the group can remove them and issue a new invite link (creating a new link stops the previous one from working). When we receive a report, the operator reviews it within 3 business days and removes any content found to violate the Terms of Use. The person you report is not notified that a report was made.
The App uses no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. We do not sell or otherwise provide your information to third parties.
However, to the extent necessary to operate the service, we entrust processing to the providers listed under "Service providers" above (Google LLC / Discord Inc.).
In-app purchases are processed through Apple (the App Store). The App never obtains or stores your payment information.
A one-time purchase is recorded on your Apple account, so it is not lost when you use "Delete my cloud data". To use it again, tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings.
Stored data is removed from your device when you delete the App. You are responsible for managing files exported via the backup feature.
Files exported by the share/backup features (.melog / .melogbackup / photo exports) contain personal information such as photos, location data, notes, dates, and tags. Please take care with the contents and recipients when sharing them with third parties.
You can send feedback from the Settings screen. This is optional. The only information sent is the text you write and your app version (used to narrow down bugs). Your name, email address, display name, and the contents of your memories are not sent. We also do not send any account identifier, so the operator cannot tell who sent a message (for this reason we cannot reply to feedback individually). Feedback is received through a service provided by Discord Inc., and the information above is transmitted to their servers.
If you contact us by email, the operator receives your email address and the contents of your inquiry. These are used only to reply to and handle your inquiry, and are appropriately deleted once no longer needed. They are not provided to third parties.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using Memory Log (the "App").
These Terms apply to all matters between you and the operator relating to the use of the App.
Data in the App is, as a rule, stored on your device. Memories and photos you put into a group are temporarily stored in the cloud to deliver them to the other members (see Section 2 of the Privacy Policy). Data may be lost due to device failure, loss, reset, deletion of the App, OS updates, and similar events. We recommend saving important data using the backup feature. The developer bears no responsibility for any loss of data.
The App includes a feature to delete the original photo in the iPhone "Photos" app after it has been copied into the App. This action cannot be undone. Deletion is performed based on your explicit action and confirmation, and the developer bears no responsibility for any resulting consequences.
The App's paid features (Pro) are offered as a one-time purchase. Purchases and refunds are governed by Apple's terms.
Use for purposes that violate laws or public order and morals, and any unauthorized modification or analysis of the App, are prohibited.
In addition, the following are prohibited for content you send to other users through the sharing feature (groups):
You can report a shared memory to the operator from within the App, and you can block another member so their content no longer appears on your device. The person who created the group can also remove that member from the group.
The operator reviews each report within 3 business days of receipt, removes any content found to violate these Terms, and where necessary suspends that user's access to the sharing feature.
The person you report is not notified that a report was made, nor of its contents.
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise. The developer bears no responsibility for any damages arising from use of the App.
These Terms may be changed without notice.
